Take from freezer or refrigerator and place on a lined pan.
IF FROZEN: Leave at room temperature for at least 30 minutes
Pre heat your oven to 325 F.
When cookie dough is mostly thawed use the heal of your palm to press out the cookies. This will help them spread during the baking process.
OPTION: Add a sprinkle of coarse sea salt to the top of the cookies before baking
Place on the middle rack of your oven. Every oven is different, start the timer for 15 minutes and add time as needed.
Cookies will be done when the edges are deep brown. Like a crispy cookie? Bake longer. Like a gooey, chewy cookie? Bake less.
